The location near the river was perfect for enjoying a scenic walk. The rooms weresuper clean and cozy, with daily housekeeping ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, with a focus on sustainability and fresh ingredients. The staff at the restaurant were friendly and efficient, making dining a pleasant experience.

The buffet breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of options to choose from. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing place to unwind after a long day. The staff were friendly and helpful, always providing assistance when needed. The location was also fantastic, with easy access to public transportation and within walking distance to the city center. And a fridge in the room was a great bonus for storing snacks and drinks.

One thing that could be improved is the in-room amenities. It would have been nice to have a kettle instead of a coffee maker, as not everyone is a coffee drinker and the water was never hot enough for tea.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, with most places including the Christmas market, shopping area, and the river being just a stone's throw away. It is also conveniently located near a tram stop, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. The breakfast is exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The hotel also offers facilities such as parking and a complimentary shuttle service to nearby attractions.

It was also conveniently located near a metro station, with access to all the attractions in the downtown area. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, including eggs, muesli, pastries, and fruit. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, providing valuable information and assistance for our sightseeing plans.

The staff is friendly, professional, and attentive to their clients' needs. The room is clean and cozy, with complementary water, coffee, and tea. The hotel facilities, including the gym, are top-notch.

I had a great stay here! The location is perfect for exploring the city, with the Old Town within walking distance and a Main bridge nearby. The service was fantastic, with room service and laundry available. The rooms were well-equipped with all the amenities I needed, such as air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen TV. The dining experience was enjoyable with a continental breakfast buffet and special diet menus available. Aly, the waiter, was especially helpful and made my stay even better.

That someone kept knocking on my door every 20 minutes and requests couldn't be made at the reception desk. Despite this, I would highly recommend this place to families, as it had great amenities for all ages and the staff were very accommodating.

Rooms were modern, clean, and spacious. Upgraded to a larger, brighter room with a view. Comfy beds, though pillows were flat. Responsive staff. Breakfast buffet offered a wide variety. Convenient location for exploring downtown attractions and shopping.
